Shipping & Returns

Every collar ships free with standard delivery. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

The collar arrives ready to use — drop in your own Apple AirTag, pair it in the Find My app on your iPhone, and fit the collar the same day it lands. AirTags are sold separately and are not included in your order.

We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Tracking relies on Apple's Find My network and an iPhone running iOS 14.5 or later, so before ordering please check that AirTags and Find My are available in your country.

Try the collar for 30 days. If it is not right for your pet, send it back for a full refund of the product price — used, worn, and outdoor-tested is fine.

• Return shipping is free on domestic orders with our prepaid label
• Collars lost with a pet or damaged by chewing cannot be refunded
• Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of the return arriving

Fit not right? Start a return and place a new order — tell us it is an exchange and the return shipping is on us. Every collar carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, and faulty collars are replaced free of charge with no shipping cost either way. AirTags are covered by Apple's warranty, not ours.
